What inspired you to start your own business?

My own transformative experiences led by a daily yoga practice and a subsequent yoga teaching qualification combined with career transitions further fuelled this aspiration. Recognizing my natural ability to empathize and listen attentively, I felt compelled to formalize these skills into a coaching practice. The alignment of my core values with coaching principles, the immense satisfaction derived from witnessing others succeed, and the allure of a flexible, independent career path were equally inspiring.
