Milca is a wonderful coach. Having never been coached before I didn't know what to expect. She did a wonderful job of creating a safe space for me to express myself. Cultivated an atmosphere that let me grow and learn more about myself than I could have imagined. She is compassionate and thoughtful but not afraid to give you a push when needed. I am so grateful to have been a client and made such wonderful progress with her. I am feeling more motivated, less procrastination and have a deep trust of myself I did not have before.

I loved working with Michela. When I decided to embark on this journey with her, I wasn't sure how to manage my anxiety about studying. I was insecure about my appearance and how I appeared to others, and this made me very sad most of the time. What helped me most about working with her were the relaxing techniques she taught me and what we went through together during the sessions. I used them all the time before stressful situations in college and I keep using them. Thanks to what I learned along the way, I now know how to better manage my anxiety and feel much more relaxed and calm. I am also more confident in my appearance and I no longer give importance to what others might think of me. Without her coaching program, I would never have gained the confidence I have now. AMAZING!! Danny is very encouraging and supportive. He has helped me a LOT in getting my mind in the right place to loose weight as well as training me hard. He is not your normal personal trainer, he didn't give me a strict diet to follow (as I didn't want to commit to that) and instead just advised me on changes and spurred me on. He adapted to my wants and needs. I was stuck at the same weight for about 3 years after putting on 40 pounds and slowing down my metabolism by yoyo dieting. Now I am half way to my goal and it has changed my outlook for life. Don't be intimidated by his hotness, he's a cheeky family man who really cares about his clients. I've rolled around on the floor and cried in front of him many a time :P Don't hesitate in booking him for your personal training!! HE'S THE BEST.

I just finished a 8 months career coaching with Silviu and his business partner Steve Miller. What a life changer!! I had been personally struggling with many challenges. Although I liked my job and the team I was working with, I was stuck in my career with no motivation and I really needed support. And there he came. Silviu is a very talented coach. The method the Aha Moment Academy uses is the Implicit Career Search founded my Steve Miller. Based on mission statement and purpose. This is where Silviu is excellent at, listening, coaching, and going directly to the point. Making you find your purpose, your mission statement, what motivates you upon getting up in the morning, finding your contribution to this world. This approach really changes you, transforms you. I am a very different person now, thanks to Silviu. I now have a new job I love, I know what and where I want to contribute, I am simply a happy person and full of energy at the age of 53. I’ve been meditating on a lot of the things that you shared and have been able to use a lot of the techniques you showed me in my relationships. The insights have been excellent and a lot of what I learned is necessary in our lives!

Hi Sunshine! This is Karan! I would like to share my transformation of working with you. I always used to feel guilty about many things. Even little mistakes used to make me feel guilty and very bad. And even the mistakes I didn't make would make me feel guilty, sad and low. I would often go through the bad mood because of the guilt. And I think it had been happening since my childhood. After working with you (only 1 session) I had a big transformation. Life felt different. The thoughts that used to bother me are no longer bothering me anymore. I feel free , happy and in control of my emotions. I had tried many things, methods and techniques, but the best results came when I worked with you. Now I live a different life, a life where I am guilt-free. I love myself more and judge myself less. It's really amazing to see such a big transformation in just one session. The most incredible thing that came out of working with Louise was how I became so much more confident in myself and my thought patterns. I went into the sessions in a "self-loathing" period of my life and over the weeks, I feel like she removed me from that. She really offers something that doesn't feel like therapy, but also isn’t ‘just a friend.’ She's able to pitch right in the middle of that which is so refreshing, especially for someone who feels a bit stuck with their current lifestyle. There wasn't any element of my life I felt I couldn't speak about or felt like she lacked knowledge or support in, and I knew I could completely offload to her without ANY judgement. Basically, she’s an absolute dream to talk to!

Maria Hicks Start Again Coaching Those who work with me probably think I am a loud, brash, sometimes annoying person who has no problem communicating with people. But like many, this is only one facet of the person that is me. Another facet is imposter syndrome which I have spent my entire working life managing in every role that I have had. It was a particular problem when talking to management, particularly at the management level Maria works in. So it made sense, If I was going to vanquish this demon, that Maria would be best placed to help me. And she has in no uncertain terms. In a relatively short period she was able to help me see the root causes of my concerns and help me identify key things that were plain as day but I could not see, things that are beacons of my skills and abilities that have totally changed my outlook. I am still the same me, but now the demons have gone and my future has expanded beyond belief. Thank you Maria.

Mag has been really helpful. She is easy to talk to, wise and a thoroughly decent person. She allows me to talk through any subjects I feel I need to focus on and gently guides me towards useful actions. Cannot recommend more highly!
