Beau has been amazing! He’s provided the help I needed to regain happiness and confidence within myself! His methods were great, he provided support via talking. I felt at ease speaking to him about all my worries. He spoke in a very understanding and supportive manner which in turn guided me to a better viewing of things! He also got me to practice Hypnotherapy with him. This was also great! At first I wasn’t sure, but each time we did hypnotherapy I felt the benefits more and more. It helped me fully relax and allow the stresses/anxiety to fade away! Overall his sessions provided support and relaxation. I couldn't recommend Paula enough. I started sessions to help with anxiety and overthinking, and I've genuinely found them so helpful. Paula is incredibly easy to talk to, friendly, funny, and really knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable from the outset. The tools and techniques I've learned to manage my anxiety and overthinking have been incredible, and I've found myself using them in everyday situations far more than I ever expected. I feel like I have a much better understanding of my thoughts and how to manage them rather than letting them take over. I'm so grateful for the support and everything I've learned throughout our sessions. If you're looking for someone who is approachable, understanding and genuinely knows their stuff, I would highly recommend!
