I first spoke to Paula when I had been at a very low point in my life. A low point that I had been in several times in my life. I had, had counselling several times before and it never worked. Paula has a different way of counselling, looking forward rather than back. After the first session I felt comfortable talking to her and felt more positive. After five sessions I feel like me again. Ive gone from not leaving the house to actually enjoying life again. She has left me with resources to use daily and a different way of thinking. I would recommend Paula to anyone struggling.
