I initially contacted Harness following my son showing signs of extremely high anxiety around school and in social situations. We were at a loss with how we could support our son who had just began in year 4. After some sessions with Lizz she helped us identify that our son was most probably autistic. After having this confirmed a year or so later this knowledge helped us not only seek an official diagnosis but helped us to understand our sons needs and more importantly use the recommendations from Lizz to apply in school. I cannot stress enough how much these recommendations helped us negotiate with the school to get our son the reasonable adjustments required to reduce his anxiety, tap into his strengths and ultimately make his life a lot more manageable around his triggers and anxiety. The sessions at Harness have been so valuable to our son’s progress and have given him the ability to function so much better at school and in many other environments. I would not hesitate to recommend the services provided here and so well done through the use of the equine facilities.
