Hello! I am a Person Centred Counsellor and an NLP Practitioner, Coach and Hypnotherapist. I am also trained in Psychodramatic Bodywork, which is a body based therapy. I work one to one with adults, children and groups. Here in the South West I also run therapy groups, and residential therapeutic weekends. I have many years of experience working with clients in this country and abroad, and I really love what I do!

CBT and coaching specifically tailored to meet the needs of those on the Autistic Spectrum, and their support network. Areas of focus include OCD, anxiety, demand avoidant behaviours, low mood and depression, managing intense emotions, relationships and everyday living.

It's not enough to just identify the causes behind where you find yourself at present or about learning to cope. You need to find ways to finally let go of any and all negative thoughts and feelings. We help you do just that. Together we explore what's going on for you - things are rarely what they seem - and then we use techniques to shift your current thought patterns, establish new self-beliefs and behaviours.
