I offer professional confidential and sensitive counselling for people experiencing problems including: depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, bereavement, relationship problems, or simply struggling beyond their capacity . Often it just needs the right person to be hearing you for you to find your own solutions .
I offer a free assembly session and a secluded private therapy space as well as access to other services. For those not able to travel easily I also offer telephone and online counselling via Skype or a similar platform.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and my credentials may be checked on the BACP website at any time .
