For me as a transgender women my experiences with Brighter Horizons has been truly special.
All my adult life I have desperately search for someone I could talk openly about the issues I was facing and while I spoke to many counsellors who were kind and sympathetic I was never really able to connect with them until I met Brighter Horizons.
The trust , empathy and desire to help shown to me from my very first appointment enabled my confidence to grow while not feeling judged.
Pathways were set and intermediate goals checked, leading to positive outcomes and a way forward identified.
The feeling of elation and joy at the end of each session remains very special to me ,so it is without hesitation I would highly recommend Brighter Horizons.
