The reason I trained to become a counsellor is because I understand how hard life can be sometimes especially the way life can throw problems at us, trying to put obstacles in our way making situations and challenges in our life’s that can make us feel very overwhelmed, anxious, worried etc.

I am an accredited Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Energy Psychologist. I am also a Trauma Informed practitioner and work using these modalities, alongside play, music and art therapy techniques. I am client-led and person-centred and adapt my sessions to each clients' needs, including those with autism or other neuro-diversities. I am LGBTQ+ positive. I previously worked for over 20 years in Education and Health, and have worked with children and families in a variety of roles, including Primary School Teacher in the state and private sector, Educational Mental Health Practitioner (with NHS) and Associate Lecturer at Bath Spa University.
