Creative Therapy
I value how creative tools may support your communication, and guide you to your personal understanding of self.
I am aware that this may not suit everyone, and I will respect your view.
I may offer you my counselling creative tools which may help you to explore areas that seem overwhelming.
I give you the choice of which you feel you may like to try. In all that I offer there is no wrong or correct way in how you respond to them.
Some ideas are -
Stones/Shells,
Nesting dolls,
Life picture cards.
Meditation support / Sharing in session
I believe Meditation works at many different levels.
We all have a varied view of what this means to us. I am person centred so I am guided by you, I respect silences or continued conversation, my understanding in any space is that it can be beneficial to bring to attention the importance of acknowledging our type of breath to connect your mind and body in the present.

Person Centred Therapy -
I feel confident to work alongside many different issues that are affecting you, that you may choose to bring to sessions. Sometimes it's important to just be heard when you are exploring your feelings in a reaction to your external world. Sometimes is important to hear your world reflected back from a different perspective. I work in an honest way in my communication as a response to what you share.
