Hello! I am a Person Centred Counsellor and an NLP Practitioner, Coach and Hypnotherapist.
I am also trained in Psychodramatic Bodywork, which is a body based therapy.
I work one to one with adults, children and groups.
Here in the South West I also run therapy groups, and residential therapeutic weekends.

For me, good mental health is my passion. I am committed to working alongside my clients, so that they can heal, and realise their full potential.

Having worked within the NHS for over twenty years, I decided that I wanted to fulfil my passion for assisting people with their mental health, and life choices. I now work full-time in a vocation I love.

I am compassionate, empathic and have years of experience of working within the mental health and Coaching sectors.
I have vast experience in conditions such as: anxiety, depression, grief work, phobias, abuse, relationship difficulties, anger, fear and trauma.
I am dedicated to what I do, and I am passionate about what I do. I believe good mental health, is paramount for us all as human beings.

I am a Person Centred Therapist. I offer counselling to both adults and children.
I cover topics such as:
Depression, grief, anxiety, anger, fear, phobias, relationship difficulties, abuse, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, LGBTQ issues, loss of direction.

I offer Coaching and support to enable you to become focused on the things you wish to achieve.

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist.

Psychodramatic Bodywork is a body based therapy, that looks at how we store trauma in the body, and how to safely release it.
