What inspired you to start your own business?

After 15+ years of working in corporate business I loved the part of my job where I was helping my team achieve great success. I wanted to do this full-time and help individuals and other organisations grow in success, strength and happiness.

I have lived experience of mental health challenges. I suffered from debilitating anxiety, depression and suicidal tendencies, I know what it's like. I have learned how to overcome these things and now live every day in joy and happiness. I now help others to do the same.

I am trained in Life Coaching, Counselling, Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and am continuously developing my skills.
