I have known Tracy for 20 years. She trained as a Cousellor in the last 10 years and having had her own life experiences has progressed into a brilliant Counsellor. The attachment theory she bases her sessions on are outstanding. She specialises in bereavement, all forms of relationship blockages and helps people unblock their pathway to profession in a positive way. I can highly recommend this type of counselling for anyone as you do not need to wait for a crisis to occur. Tracy is absolutely brilliant at helping people see the way to unblock any obstacles. Superb and worth every penny. More...

Q&As

Im passionate about helping people. Its the best feeling, when you manage to help another human being reach their goals in therapy.

My journey to becoming a counsellor started with my own amazing experience of counselling. It completed changed my life so i made it my lifes ambition to help others through counselling.

My counselling work is what im most passionate about. The relationship between client and counsellor is the most important. Many clients struggle to come along for that first session, but clients tell me that i soon put them at ease. I work at a local hospice on a sessional basis as well as private practice at home. I specialise in helping clients with anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
I believe that clients shouldnt hold back from seeking counselling for financial reasons so where possible i offer concessions to the low paid, people facing financial hardship and students.

I work face to face, via Zoom and telephone. Im very flexible, so clients have all three options, while they have counselling sessions with me. Many clients find Zoom sessions very convient.

My large counselling room allows for distance. I do ask client to sanitise their hands before entering my counselling room. No masks are required, but im very happy for my clients to wear them, or request that i do.
