What do you love most about your job?

Helping people, groups and organisations to realise their true potential so that they can overcome barriers that they thought they could never overcome.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've worked as a psychiatric nurse for over 10 years based in charities and third sector organisations. What I missed being able to do was talking to my clients to find out what was keeping them unwell and working with the them to help them overcome these barriers. Once I started volunteering for charities as a mentor I found that I was really successful at this and people were becoming more aware of what was keeping them stuck and were able to use some of the techniques and tools I was aware of to help themselves. I then trained as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner then later to a Master level where I was able to to use motivational interviewing techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Approaches and Behavioural Modifications techniques to help people further. I then decided to go back to university to train as Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist so I could offer my services more professionally. I grew tired of my clients having to wait for ages to get mainstream therapy services or pay through the roof to get private services; so I decided to set up a social Enterprise that could offer quality services at the fraction of the price.

Why should our clients choose you?

We're not the cheapest or the most expense of service providers, as we have qualified, experienced and dedicated clinicians who provide a service second to none. We offer a range of different ways we can engage with you, face to face, telephone/Skype or email at times that suits your life style. We have sessions that can start as early as 7am or as late as 9pm. We work with you, with the intention that by the time we finish working with you, you wouldn't need us or anyone else again to help you overcome the issue you've decided to work on. We're not under any contractual obligations or tasked to meet any impossible targets, so you get a thoroughly professional and quality service.
