Helping people to create lasting change in their lives & to exponentially grow in their work and personal lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I personally experienced the benefit of coaching when I hired my first coach. My life & business changed for the better and I was inspired to learn how I could do the same for others. I still have a coach. I would never hire a coach that doesn’t have a coach. We all have blind spots that cause obstacles to our progression, even coaches.

As the owner of a fast-paced, high-pressured Legal Firm, I know how easily you can become stuck in the everyday tasks that take away from your vision. I’ve been there – wearing so many hats, struggling with the pressure, and putting my wellbeing on the backburner. Rather than having the luxury of time that I thought came with owning my own business – I was left with none at all – I was ready to throw in the towel. It was only after hiring my first coach that my outlook completely shifted. I realised that busyness and stress shouldn’t be worn like badges of honor, and I started doing things differently. I found the space I needed to focus on what really mattered and I was finally able to work on my business, not just in my business.
