MEET TIM • My name is Tim, I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. This means I help people using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy. This is the most effective way to overcome, for example, anxiety and stress related issues as well as phobias. I also specialise in addiction and bereavement issues as well as helping individuals or couples with their relationships.
