What do you love most about your job?
The NLP skills and tools I share work efficiently, quickly and with purpose.
My clients enjoy meaningful conversations, focusing on how they want their lives to be.
People develop a greater sense of who they are, find their voices and are able to say and do the right things at the right times. Wellbeing becomes paramount, leading the way to overall health, better relationships and a greater purpose in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was diagnosed with an original terminal bowel cancer in 2017. I had invested in CBT and end of life counselling when my diagnosis changed after surgery and chemo. Once I received the all-clear, I crumbled. NLP helped build me up from the inside out. The skills improved all of my relationships and gave me the confidence to START my own business.

I help people create and manage change, quickly and gracefully. I am part of the Association of NLP, fully insured and trained by an accredited organisation. I invest into my own personal development and share these learnings with clients. You will feel safe, supported and challenged in a helpful way.

Dealing with stress / anxiety / depression
NLP can assist in anxiety by reframing the trigger points of where the anxiety is stemming from. By rewiring the way the brain reacts to certain situations, patterns, traumas and behaviours it will allow your brain to function from a more stable and responsive place.

My work with children is highly rewarding. We work together to openly express feelings and emotions, creating better ways to stick up for themselves at school and home.
