Ben Gross Counselling
I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, working with individuals, families and young people in London and Beaconsfield. I have worked with many people struggling with anxiety, depression and relationship and family issues. My work is informed by Psychoanalysis, Attachment Theory & Mindfulness.
The approach I use is based on my training in Psychodynamic Counselling, a talking therapy which centres on forming a trusting relationship.
Ben is incredible and has the ability to make you feel comfortable and nurtured
David Roberts Counselling
As a senior accredited counsellor & psychotherapist with over 10 years experience, I have worked alongside many clients covering a range of psychological difficulties. These include depression, anxiety, stress, health issues and sexuality to name but a few. If you feel you would like to discuss any issues that may be keeping you stuck or you are feeling deeply troubled by grief for example then please get in touch.
If you are reading this there is a chance that you (or someone you know) may be experiencing some emotional difficulties. In my personal experience, counselling and psychotherapy can help with a wide range of problems related to life and living. Many of us don’t know why we feel unhappy and sitting down with a trained therapist can help uncover the self-defeating patterns we may have stumbled into as a consequence of life’s events.
Do you feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life?
Would you like to be able to regain some control over the direction your life is taking?
It can sometimes seem as though there is constant pressure to fulfill the demands placed on us by our work, families, and in our relationships.
It is not surprising that for many of us trying to keep up with these demands can have a detrimental effect on our wellbeing.
