I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor psychotherapist, and I work using a variety of techniques, recent scientific models and my own life experience.

My aim is to give you a safe and confidential, non-judgmental, warm environment for you to explore any and all of your thoughts, feelings, behavioral patterns with the support of myself. I am willing and available for short term work or long-term work.
I work within the therapeutic relationship, with the focus to support and facilitate our work together and for you to gain insight into your own wants, needs and desires and to overcome any occurring problems which is holding you back from achieving your full potential. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between us as a partnership, where, you bring the material and I have the tools. Our first session is an opportunity for us both to assess whether we are a ‘good fit’ and there are no formal obligations.
I see counselling as space where you can have a connection with another individual, who is not involved in your life but is there just for you.
My counselling experience and qualifications enables me to work effectively in a integrative approach of "Person Centered Approach," Transactional analysis, Gestalt, psycho-dynamic dependent, on which therapy is suited to meet your needs. We may also include additional therapies such as "Solution Focused Therapy," "Acceptance and Commitment Therapy" and "Mindfulness." If we find it helpful in our work together, other techniques can be use to help you to express your inner emotions of self such as: writing, drawing, painting, drama and dreams, dance, singing, verbal. When we work together it is unique to the individual clients wants and needs in the relationship.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and follow the association's ethical framework for good practice.
I am a trained & Qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist
HE Diploma Level 5 Therapeutic counselling
CACHE Level 2 Children's Care,Learning and Development
I am currently working as an Advocate, also a counsellor with Windsor and Maidenhead Counselling Services since 2014 for adults and young people, plus a school counsellor (I also have over 10 years experience of working with children within education.)
I have done many courses, training & workshops in mental health issue; child protection, wounded child, working with young people, sexual abuse, family secrets, depression.
