Before I started working with Kenny the place I was wasn't good I wouldn't even open my front door, I couldn't even go out to put the rubbish in the bin or shut the garden gate if it was left open, I would even wait for my son to come out into the back garden to put my washing out . I had panic attacks on a regular basis and even panic been left over night in my own home. Since working with Kenny I am not having panic attacks and even shutting my own gate and putting my washing out be myself which I haven't done for a lot of years , to some people it might not be much but it's gave me my independence back that I need, so if you feel anxious or nervous and are having feelings of being alone, lost, angry with yourself give him a try , I'm so glad I did and belive me I have tried them all x

We have visited Mack's Place several times since their opening. The seafood is wonderful with a variety of choices for breading (even a gluten-free option). The clam fritters on the appetizer menu took me back to childhood on the Cape. The steamers were awesome and not sandy at all! My husband loves the Fire Cracker Burger. The fries are crunchy and not soggy...I loved that! The business is family owned and operated and the staff is really friendly. Its an open concept dining room so very family friendly but don't expect privacy or intimate dining. I disagree with the 2-star below as I HATE ketchup on the table because its unsanitary and a million people touch it and it should be refrigerated. And unless I'm in a fish market, I don't want to see the lobster tank. They smell and its not appetizing in a dinner setting so thanks for having it in the back! There are tons of different options for everything they make, whether is spicy sauces, different rolls/bread for burgers and sandwiches and the desserts are fantastic! We expected a traditional pizza and sub shop and got a whole lot more...thankfully, so very different from what was there before.Keep up the good work and thanks for feeding the masses!

My approach is integrative, meaning that I do not rigidly adhere to only one approach; I use elements of a range of different therapies where appropriate to do so based on your own therapy needs. This includes the use of CBT, DBT, ACT and Skills Training. I also offer EMDR for trauma. As a Chartered Psychologist, I have been able to demonstrate to the regulatory body (the British Psychological Society) my ability to plan, implement and evaluate my practice, whilst ensuring that I am able to assimilate new research and evidence-base.
