I would highly recommend fortify as he has helped my daughter and granddaughter immensely, my daughter suffered with severe anxiety and depression for many years, she tried antidepressants, counselling but nothing helped. Kenny has shown her different ways to handle everyday issues. to say 'i have my daughter back' is a understatement, just to see her smile again and actually be happy is the best feeling ever. He has also helped my granddaughter learn to cope with separation anxiety (which was really bad), and ways of dealing with 'change ' a lot better. So I’ve just finished my hypnotherapy sessions with Kenny. I actually won a session in a competition he did, thought it was going to be just something daft that didn’t work. I was very scared and uncomfortable at first however I was soon put at ease, he is a lovely calming guy. It’s not just about going under and walking up without the issue, it’s about education. Knowing what your mind does to you, how you react and how to overcome it. I have suffered badly with spider phobia for a long time, with the anxiety everyday, spraying the house as my protector, I’ve honestly felt nothing, not even crossed my mind! I’ve even saved two from the bath. My mind is now focused on how scared they are of me, how I am their threat not the other way around, I feel pity for them. I have even been assisted with other phobias I have, like the dark, it’s a working progress to change your mind to achieve what ever you want to achieve. The support I received from Kenny was invaluable. He provides just the right level of help I needed to get through some of my darkest days. Encouraging my independence and really helping me see how confident and strong I can be when I put my mind to it. My anxiety is much improved, and even on my 'not so good days', thanks to Kenny, I have strategies that help me get through it quickly and effectively. I also have used Fortify Hypnotherapy and Kenny . I have had different therapy over the years for anxiety depression panic attacks pain management. Chronic pain where I couldn’t get out of bed or go out of the house but thanks to FORTIFY HYPNOTHERAPY. Before I started working with Kenny the place I was wasn't good I wouldn't even open my front door, I couldn't even go out to put the rubbish in the bin or shut the garden gate if it was left open, I would even wait for my son to come out into the back garden to put my washing out . I had panic attacks on a regular basis and even panic been left over night in my own home.
