I have had such a wonderful experience with Catherine. I saw Catherine for just over a year for multiple reasons, including OCD, work stress, and family illness. Catherine helped me so much through all these problems and I felt so comfortable sharing it all with her, with no fear of judgement. I have previously struggled to connect with therapists due to it feeling too robotic and emotionless, but Catherine is such a real and genuine person which helps so much with being able to open up. Appointments were easy to schedule and contact with Catherine in between sessions when needed was fast and helpful, no matter what day or time. Should I need any help again in the future I will not hesitate to get back in touch.
