First contacted Ross after seeing the range his hypnotherapy classes covered, contacted him about helping me with my nicotine addiction (stopped smoking a couple years ago but had been struggling to stop using nicotine replacements i.e vapes, pouches, patches, gums) upon having a consultation with him I found out he had been successful in helping people quit before so I thought I would give it a try. I had never really heard of hypnotherapy before so didn't know what to expect, one thing I will say is that when you hear people say things like " it only works if you believe it works" or " I knew someone who done that and started smoking again later" don't listen to them, everyone is different and everyone will experience this differently. It's not how you see it on TV you don't just fall under a spell and then your sorted, from my experience it was more about changing the way you think about the addiction on a subconscious level, going from " if I don't have this I will feel Terrible" and moving that to "the reason I feel this way is BECAUSE of the nicotine, not the lack of it" which really helped to quit for good.
Couldn't recommend this more, everything was very clear and transparent and Ross helps you feel at ease with the process the entire way through. If it wasn't for Ross I don't know how I would of ever stopped in the end but if this is something you struggle with I don't think there is anyone better out there for you to try this out with.

I've been taking my 2 kids to many places before undiscovering Caledonian TKD. Therefore I know the differences between them and the way kids are being trained here if far best. The coach is getting the point of being strict when has to be or softer and easy going (for the younger kids). The atmosphere here is family like. In addition there is a gym aside - where the parents can do their workout while being in the same room with their kids. Trainings are every day and there is no limits in attending them - so basically it means from 1 to 6 training sessions a week. I honestly don't know if I've been feeling more welcome anywhere else and I've been through many training places in over two decades.
