Commando x fit is by far the best gym i have ever used (and thats a lot) not only for its fantastic functional training equipment but also for the staff who work there. Every single one of them are so welcoming and so helpful. They all seem to have different backgrounds in health and fitness so makes the classes nice and varied and also very helpful if you are struggling with injuries. This is now my favourite happy place and i feel so motivated and excited to train everyday. Its also fantastic to see a gym that involves children. Its expanding and getting better and better. This is the best gym i have been to and ive tried them all. The staff are most helpful giving you pointers in stuff you can do at home from eating right to stretching as well as giving you enormous encouragment and motivation. All they ask is you give 100%. Its a gym that cares. They really get a sense of satisfaction from helping people. I would'nt go anywhere else.The classes are great i would recommend them. More...

It really is no ordinary Gym, Instructors, equipment etc are all first class, we have been doing Functional Fitness 2 times a week after deciding we are to old to play football anymore.
