I have been training now since may last year and I love going Jonathan is very supportive and the classes are always different . .. The gym keeps me very motivated to keep coming and the other members are so friendly... Would definitely recommend to all ... Thank you for everything X More...

Love training with Joffy and the rest of the team, I have been a member for nearly 3 years and never found exercise so addictive and fun. Not only has my fitness improved, I have learnt technique and able to lift some good weights during testing week.Training with Joffy and the team in group sessions has really helped to build my confidence levels. The group sessions are tough but also great fun - since starting here I have never looked back. Joffy knows my fitness limits and even in group training is able to keep an eye on everyone and deliver a personal approach. In the past I used to make all sorts of excuses not to go to the gym but since joining White Method Fitness almost 2 years ago I exercise 4 times a week without fail. I do group classes and I absolutely love it. My aim was to get fit and tone up and not only am I seeing great results physically but mentally I feel stronger too. I am entering my fourth and final year of a hockey scholarship at The University of Vermont, USA. I began working with Jonathan to prepare myself for my first pre season training with the team. Prior to my departure, I was unfamiliar with lifting and strength workouts. I was particularly nervous about meeting standards in the weight room and the expectation of the coaches. He understood what I needed to do and worked with me to focus on all aspects of my fitness. The work we did together had me more than ready to cope. Since then I have maintained my fitness working with him over Christmas and summer recess when I have returned home. I started training with Joffy in January this year and I have definitely felt my fitness level improve over the past 7 months. The classes are very motivational and Joffy ensures that each exercise is tailored to your level and any injuries you have. After every session I always feel like I have worked really hard and always look forward to going back to Joffy’s classes whether it’s a 30 minute HIIT session or a more tailored 45 minute class. I started Jonathan’s group classes to try and regain the same motivation for fitness as I had when I was younger. Jonathan has made it an easy transition for me, as his classes are different every time and always have me pushing myself to the limit. I work full time and the timetable available at white method fitness allows for me to train at least 4 times a week; there’s loads of classes to choose from with all different durations, so it can fit into anyone’s schedule with ease. Since joining White method fitness I’ve cancelled my gym membership and have seen a big difference in my body and fitness levels in a short period of time. Something I hadn’t seen just working out myself. I was recommended Jonathan by someone and I’ve never been so glad for it. Highly recommend. I started training with Jonathan a few years ago. After having kids my fitness levels had plummeted. I initially started off with a few PT sessions, until I felt comfortable going into group sessions. ....and I’ve never looked back. The group sessions push you to train as best you can, and are great fun at the same time! Jonathan really does bring out the best in your fitness abilities and keeps you motivated. No 2 sessions are ever the same - there’s something for everyone. I started training with Jonathan about 4 months ago and have only got good things to say about my experience. After a couple of free consultations to gauge my current fitness level and goals - it was straight into team training. I've seen great results in my short time already and Jonathan tailors your program to your needs. Jonathan has vast knowledge on training and nutrition and I enjoy building my own knowledge in these areas. Having trained at a number of commercial gyms, and currently training at a National sporting level, White Method Fitness is a training experience that cannot be matched. With every training session different from the last (from Strength training, Mobility training, Personal training, Group training & HIIT) and tailored specifically to the personal goals, objectives and limitations to every single member, Jonathan’s insight and approach to fitness and nutrition is just phenomenal. From my personal experience, after sustaining multiple fractures & severe muscular damage to my hip, gaining a substantial amount of excess body-fat and a number of associated personal insecurities as a result (a year before starting University), training at White Method Fitness has helped to entirely change my outlook on fitness and life on the whole. From initially helping me understand the extent and complexity of my injury, Jonathan ensured that I gradually re-built the basic muscular foundations before helping me even consider what my personal fitness goals could/would be moving forward. I now find myself in the very fortunate position of training at a National sporting level for rowing, and am still continuing to learn/pick-up new training and technical advice from Jonathan! To date, after just over 3 years of training with White Method Fitness, I have gained so much self-confidence, insight and respect for what my body is now capable of. Don’t get me wrong, the changes didn’t and won’t just happen overnight. However, Jonathan’s dedication and continued support helps to drive and push you forward onto achieving goals that you never thought would be possible! Going to the gym is something relatively new to me and I didn’t start attending a gym until I was over 50 . A few years on and I am still there and fitter and stronger than I have ever been in my adult life . I started working with Jonathan as a personal trainer until I gained enough confidence to join group sessions . Although I now work in a group the numbers are relatively small ( max 8 ) and I still feel there is a personal aspect to my exercise programme with support and focus on individuals if and when required. The range of exercises and constant variety of sessions that Jonathan designs has retained my interest and commitment. His knowledge and advice on exercise and nutrition has helped me to understand the purpose of what I am doing in the gym and to live a healthier lifestyle outside the gym. Over time my weight has decreased, my body shape has changed and most importantly I generally feel better about myself and healthier. 4 years on and still going strong.......I watched a friend grow stronger and fitter attending sessions with Johnathan and decided to give it a go myself. Good decision on my part as I have improved my fitness and body tone and kept the weight off. Johnathan's personal commitment to ensure i achieve my goals is testament to his considerable knowledge in this field.Sessions are challenging but fair and the results show. Sessions are not overpopulated and you receive a personal approach with encouragement when required. Johnatahan regularly reviews my goals and requirements and offers good nutritional pointers in my somewhat haphazard diet. I have been training for the past 18 months with Jonathan and White Method Fitness and have totally changed my attitude and approach to my health and fitness in a way I didn't think possible. Truly excellent! I have been training with Jonathan for about a year and a half now and still loving it! He's an excellent trainer who helps you set & achieve your goals. This is a fabulous personal training facility. I joined just over 3 years ago and haven’t looked back. I used to be a member of David Lloyd and virgin active but this is by far a much better place to train. Jonathan offers group personal training and 1 to 1 training. I opt for the group personal training as I like working out with other people. There are never more than 8 training at a time and Jonathan delivers a very personal service within that remit. My fitness has improved and my body has become more toned with muscle definition where I want it and I love it. I usually train 6/7 times a week and can’t get enough.
