I completed a 12 week programme just before my wedding in September! There's nothing like a wedding to get you motivated!! Saul was fantastic - after a consultation he built me a comprehensive exercise and nutrition plan based around what we chatted about and over 12 weeks I followed this with Saul's help and support. Saul was always just a text away and checked in regularly during the week to make sure I was on track in between sessions. Def made me think twice about lifting those biscuits!! Great accountability!! His knowledge of all things health and nutrition is incredible and I honestly learnt so much.
