I couldn't recommend CarrickFit enough. I loved Saturday morning boot camp before the summer and from that I am just finishing a set of personal training summer sessions. I have been going to the CarrickFit Pilates classes for about a year now. The atmosphere is great, good humour and encouragment is always displayed. The exercises are demonstrated in a clear fashion and lots of helpful advice is given. There is always a good variety of exercises in each class, and alternatives are provided for those who find a particular move too challenging or too easy. More...
