Take each day separately, become active 3-4 x a week, eat as healthy as you can 90% of the time. Healthy eating and exercising work it’s just a matter of time, most people give up to soon.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always been an active person and I am very good at what I do. I decided to become self employed after leaving university because I enjoying working with people that want to change and feel goodbye about themselves.
