Managing expectations according to the clients goals, ensuring accountability is upheld, weekly weigh-ins, measuring and recording.

There is NO secret. Its a combination of hard work, opting for better healthier choices, honesty, and consistency
What do you love most about your job?
Every time my clients make one of their goals it gives me a huge boost. To know that I was able to help that goal become a reality is an incredible feeling. Nothing like it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the licensed trade for 21 years. The moral battle of helping to improve health and lives through my PT work became victorious once Covid-19 brought the world to its knees. Pints or push ups? It was a decision I easily made

I'm a friendly, encouraging and inviting person by nature. I genuinely enjoy working alongside my clients and getting to know them. I am truly humbled by the amount of clients that refer me to their friends and family. It means they have the utmost respect and faith in what I do.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have undertaken several Covid-19 awareness courses. We have our own fogger which is used every Monday Wednesday and Friday and we have strict protocols in place to protect both clients and myself
Pre & Post Natal Personal Training
I provide personal training for mums to be, personal training throughout pregnancy and post natal training.
I can provide advice for optimal nutrition for recovery and healing throughout.
A specialised area for any personal trainer to offer, I truly enjoy delivering these sessions. Healthy mummy healthy baby!
Personal Training
Goal specific personal training developed alongside the clients long term and short term expectations. Full nutritional support including meal plans, weekly weigh ins and body measurement recording.
Bootcamp style classes
Lively, fun, and welcoming sessions hosted Monday to Friday across Arbroath and Brechin.
No 2 classes are ever the same and are adapted to included all levels of abilities and ages.
