Everyone come to Deborah's class every Monday. Pregnancy aside, I'm a stone lighter, sleep better and my bad knee is no longer bad! It also inspired me to do my own kundalini practice for conscious pregnancy which enabled me to have a short and relatively painless labour.
Suitable for anyone to do and we focus on raising kundalini energy and working in harmony with our chakras. It's spiritual but not religious and honours our own creative and restorative powers. Lots of lovely kriyas and meditations. We are a very welcoming and friendly class of all abilities and ages. If you're thinking of starting yoga or just want to chill out whilst getting fitter then I highly recommend it!

So I did the first year of a degree in Psychology, I also studied Life Coaching / Counselling courses Level 4/5, and believe in a balance between "textbook" knowledge and life experience, that you cannot really understand mental health, or real emotional trauma unless you have experienced it, or properly help anyone without studying in a formal way.
We aim to help everyone from all walks of life. We want to change the whole business sector so everyone can be the most positive happy versions of themselves! We specialise in helping you develop and change your mindset, giving you self-confidence to do whatever you eant to do and achieve on life. Our sessions are £35 and we even have email only packages if you struggle with a very busy life. We also offer workshops at a discounted rate so you can find out if this is something you really need. These will focus on one topic for a few sessions to give you handy tips and tricks and give you an insight into coaching and counselling!
I love that I can really make a change in someone's life. I know what it is like to face horrendous things in life and then them things to effect you through life in the future. I know what it's like to feel stuck and be negative. I have very close family members severely affected by mental health issues that I have always been the first person they go to.I love that I can be there for other people's family members and change huge things for them before they get to the stage my family members were at. I love how I can completely change someone's mindset and thoughts so they see life for the amazing thing and opportunity it is!! I love that so much!
I didn't want to be constrained by anyone else's rules. I realised I can truly and sincerely help people if I do it my way. The way I have researched and dedicated a large part of my life too. I can make costs less so everyone from every walk of life has access to help. I wont be restricted to 9-5pm to help people I can help them at any point of my day and night if needed.
