I am a self-employed coach who helps people to nagivate their defining career moments. I specialise in both career coaching and leadership coaching. Career coaching: My clients often come to me with a quiet sense of unfulfillment, or a feeling of being rudderless. Sometimes, they started their career on a particular trajectory, and they feel it's no longer the right pathway for them.

I offer a package of care which includes a comprehensive mental health assessment for children adolescents and adults. Patients complete the Adverse Childhood Experiences scale and the bespoke shut-D dissociation and Impact of multiple events scales. This allows me to make a detailed chronology of stresses and trauma affecting the client in this lifetime and collating significant traumas from close relatives in previous generations.
