I started my own business when I saw a gap in current mental health support and wellness care due to the current practice being very rigid and structured - I felt the current approach was often narrow minded and whilst working for other organisations I was unable to allow clients to branch out into other areas of their life which were clearly responsible for how they were feeling. In my business I can combine all the areas that I believe impact wellbeing and see real results in mindset and therefore life.
