I went to Dr Shyra as I had put on lots of weight and felt disgusted in myself, especially after my breast cancer surgery. I had been on every diet imaginable going up and down. I also suffer from fibromyalgia which causes a lot of pain everyday finding it hard to exercise.
I researched the Internet and found the perfect Dr for me Dr Shyra. With lots of communication she made me feel very comfortable at ease and empathetic toward what I was saying. During the RTT I was amazed at how your past made your future you. When we finished I felt liberated and good about the weeks ahead.
It has been 3 weeks on from my RTT I have lost 3lbs over Christmas and new year, feeling alot more happier positive than I did. My pain from my fibromyalgia seems a lot better than it was, which was a great surprise and I have even tried some exercises.
I am able to look in the mirror now however turning my thoughts to more positives thoughts rather than negative.Dr Shyra has also gave me more tools to help in the future. I would recommend Dr Shyra she is such an amazing insightful wonderful person who will look after you ensuring she gives you 100 percent.

Having spent most of my working life setting up businesses, being a self starter, a mother, a corporate career woman, business consultant - I have lived through the peaks and troughs of life, death, marriage, divorce, miscarriages, business success, business failure, recovery, anxiety, depression and have a story for most scenarios - as I find that we all do. What we all struggle with at times is picking through how we live beyond those stories in a positive way. In 2018 I made a decision to turn this richness into something. I completed an ILM5 Transformation Coaching and Mentoring qualification and decided to offer my support tor amazing people out there who need safe space to explore, raise awareness and work towards their goals, moving away from fear and anxiety that self limits. Working from home, or via skype I am privileged to be working with some amazing people who are so brave in committing to their journey, watching their transformation as they take back their control is so inspiring. Also, I am a trained Equine Facilitated Coach and am able to use horses to facilitate coaching should this be of interest. Horses respond to true connection of self and are very powerful mirrors of emotions and intentions.
I love the people who come to me with the courage to begin exploring their past and how it connects to their present and what they can do for their future. Recognizing the power within themselves is hugely rewarding to witness.
Passion to give back, be part of something important in a society that is moving faster and faster. Taking time to invest in ourselves and reconnect with our goals, fears, values is invaluable.
Feedback to date from my coaching clients shows that I am personable and approachable. Clients feel safe in my company and we are able to connect without feeling threatened or judged.
My life experience is, as most of us, colourful - my aim is to bring safe space to my clients to enable them to explore their truth, understand their self limiting behaviour patterns and raise their awareness to enable them to take action and make changes.
Life changes are difficult and it doesn't happen over night nor without effort and commitment to self. I am here to help you to understand how you have arrived at this point in time and help guide you through to enable you to identify with what you need to do and then how you need to do things to enable the change.
We never truly arrive, we are always working towards our goals. Working with me will enable you to uncover your true self helping you to gain balance with work and your private life.
