What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm on the second mountain of my life. The first was all about striving to achieve and collect material success; the second is one of meaning. I've had great sucesses in my corporate career, and also tough times where I learned a lot about myself and what's important. Bringing this experience to help others to thrive is why I'm here.

In the latest PWC CEO Survey leaders cited UNCERTAINTY as the biggest theme of the new decade. Stress is reported by 85% of workers, and 70% are stuck in Coping (rather than being creative, learning, and growing). This is a structured 1-to-1 Coaching package using the Resilience Engine framework, based on a decade's psychological research.
Grow your Emotional Intelligence
The research is clear, EI correlates with successful leadership and in turn with improved organisational and team climate. This is a 12-week intensive of learning and coaching using the Goleman EI framework. We use the research basis and latest neuroscience understanding through a package of robust assessments (including a 360), online learning, journaling, and coaching.
