I contacted Anne for support with anxiety and guidance on how that fear was preventing me from moving forward with my life. I had been seeing a counselor but I felt like our sessions had stagnated as it too focused on my past history. What was fantastic about seeing Anne is that while she is a good listener she has a gentle way of bringing you back to the present and keeping you focused on what you can do NOW to improve your life. I have known Anne for a number of years and have had coaching on a couple of occasions. First to help guide me as I made a massive career change and second as I branched out and started flying solo with my business.
Anne is amazing, she’s got just the right amount of good cop/bad cop, she is calm, fair and objective. From the offset she gauges the best way to approach coaching her clients, for me that was straight talking (and she’s not afraid to do this!) and calling me out on decisions linking them back to my goals and values. Which were really important to me!
Anne really helped me see the wood for the trees on both occassions, I’ve a tendency to get overwhelmed and overload myself and through the coaching sessions she helped me achieve what I wanted with baby steps. I can’t thanks her enough for the guidance she has given me.

I highly recommend regular coaching sessions with Anne. After some deep soul searching and self reflecting, I was at a pivotal point in my life but wasn't sure which path I should be taking to find that place of solace that I was looking for. A speculative email and a meeting with Anne was the best thing I’ve done in a long time. Emotionally and practically I was in a rut and needed to talk to someone who would help me reach decisions that I’ve previously been too afraid to make. Anne did this through challenging and practical exercises and helping me to understand my thinking. It was a breath of fresh air. Anne was the missing piece of a jigsaw - I knew what I needed to see but couldn't find the bit to make the picture work. I undertook a series of coaching sessions with Anne a couple of years ago and I have to say they were absolutely superb.
Anne helped me to clear professional and personal blocks that had been in my way for most of my adult life, helping me to find my way back to a structured reality in place of the chaos that was threatening to consume me at the time.
Her manner is calm and reassuring whilst at the same time very practical and down-to-earth. I still use many of the strategies today.
Whilst my sessions have now finished, I can absolutely see myself working with Anne again in the future in other areas of my life and I have no hesitation in recommending her to my my friends, my clients and anyone else who needs a bit of assistance and steering to get back on their life path path.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people transform over a pretty short space of time. The more understanding they gain about what holds them back and what motivates them, the more ability they have to influence that, and to take great leaps forward towards a fulfilling life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in a job that was sapping my soul.
There was nothing wrong with the job itself, in fact I had been in similar corporate roles for 20 years.
But I started to feel vastly unfulfilled. I realised that I needed to find a new career that had purpose and meaning, and where it felt like I was doing something that made a difference to people's lives and actually mattered.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I've been there, done that, and as well as having the t-shirt, I really understand what it is like to have totally lost your way with your career, to be running at 100 miles an hour on an exhausting career treadmill, and feeling overwhelmed at the thought of having to show up for even just one more day in that job.
To worry about whether you can achieve the earning potential you want if you take a new career direction, and to ask yourself the question: 'if I don't do this job, what the hell else am I trained for?'.
I now know that the answers are there, and that you can find a new career that has heart and meaning AND that you can be paid abundantly for.
