I've been working with Tracey on my anxiety around going out and food for a few months now, and within the first month was able to go on several trips, including overnight stays! I'm now a LOT more comfortable going out and Tracey went above and beyond to help me with a sudden fear of the dentist when I needed a tooth taken out. Thoroughly recommend! :)UPDATE:Tracey helped me out with the dentist (primarily anxiety but the dentist came up during my sessions). I needed to have two teeth taken out, but the anaesthetic didn't work despite 4 injections the first time so they gave up and booked me in for the following week. Freaking was an understatement! Anyway I mentioned it to Tracey and she suggested I learn a simple technique and bless her she did at least one session every day a week and did an mp3 file for me until my next appointment. Got in the following week - a tad nervous admittedly but normal nerves that anyone gets. I had my mp3 player in for the appointment, was happily chatting away with the dentist, even laughing when they ran out of anaesthetic and had to go next door. Tooth came out stupidly quickly, and I was fine. I then got booked in for the following month to have the other tooth taken out (a wisdom one, under local). On that one, they did 4 injections, got halfway through pulling it out and it hadn't properly worked! :'( They had to inject me twice again! I watched them fill the needle and everything. But even then I just went "that's just typical! i don't think you guys like me!" and laughed (obvs not when they had a needle or anything in my mouth!).
