I love seeing the transformation that people truly make in their lives. living free from whatever is holding them back from living the life they want.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Stuttering, anxiety and weight management were significant success stories that friends, colleagues and family had overcame with hypnotherapy and this led to wanting to widening the reach so others could benefit from this underused form of treatment.
The amount of people that are struggling to cope with different conditions and how this has a direct effect on their general unhappiness is upsetting and unnecessary. If only people knew that they don't have to struggle or cope.

We really "get" and care about people. We provide a relaxed approach and non-judgmental environment, where everyone is treated as an individual and your uniqueness is celebrated.

Firstly, you'll have a conversation with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. You are fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don't want to. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. Most people expect to be put to sleep or to forget what happened afterwards but the opposite is true. You're fully aware the whole time of what is happening.

This is dependent on both your hypnotherapist and your circumstances. One-off services such as smoking cessation or gastric band hypnotherapy can last around two hours, while a general hypnotherapy session will usually take about an hour.

The duration of therapy will really be dependent on your circumstances and issues. Some people may require a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions. Your hypnotherapist will let you know how many sessions they feel you might need when you start therapy and will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or extending the number of sessions according to your progress and needs.

There are currently no guidelines in place stipulating the training and qualifications a hypnotherapist must have in order to practice. Industry guidelines recommend that individuals should have completed at least an appropriate diploma or have completed a course that involved a minimum of 450 learning hours, of which 120 hours must have been face-to-face.
