‘21 Certificate of Excellence

I can help you break free from the old habits or beliefs that are holding you back or causing destructive behaviour. I specialise in addiction but hypnotherapy is an effective treatment for any issue driven by the mind and Rapid Transformational Therapy will provide lasting results, usually after just one to three sessions. I have been personally trained by Marisa Peer who developed Rapid Transformational Therapy as a result of over 30 years’ experience as a therapist. I can also work with you to achieve your goals and desires – you don’t have to compromise. By dealing with the past, you can be the person you always wanted to be, achieve everything you always wanted to achieve, have everything you always wanted to have. For more immediate problems – exam stress, grief, nerves – we don’t even have to go back to your past. I will help you deal with your worries and enable you to cope during stressful times. Do you accept being treated badly at work or in your relationships? Have you failed to reach your potential? Many issues stem from a lack of self-esteem or a belief that something isn’t available to you. I can help you change the way you view yourself and to remove associated unhealthy beliefs or behaviours. Health, wealth, success, love – you deserve, and can have, all of these. There have been events and experiences in your life which have been misinterpreted and linked to a specific belief or emotion. We will go back, review them from the perspective of you as you are today, break the negative connections and set you free. We can then move on to transform how you view yourself and instil good habits and positive behaviour.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing the relief on client's faces when they are finally free of the burden that's been holding them back - often for many years. RTT is the most effective therapy I have ever encountered and achieves phenomenal results, even for people who have had years of talking therapy. Clients often come to me having tried everything else out there and this includes people who have been treated at The Priory and still face addiction issues. To finally be able to take them to the root cause of their problems and provide a method to release all the emotion that has kept them repeating negative behaviours is the best job anyone could have.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started researching hypnotherapy, and Rapid Transformational Therapy in particular, in order to help a family member. I was fortunate enough to be trained by Marisa Peer herself and I feel that I have finally found my true purpose in being able to use this amazing technique to help other people.

Why should our clients choose you?

I get fast and lasting results in a calm, safe, relaxed way. Clients say they feel completely at ease with me and that I have a relaxing voice on my recordings. I don't believe that anyone should spend months or years in therapy. I want to find the root cause of their problem quickly, change their negative beliefs and behaviours and set them free and I often achieve this in just one session.

Hypnotherapy FAQs

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the hypnotherapist holds.

Your professional hypnotherapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted hypnotherapist today.

Firstly, you'll have a conversation with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. Afterwards, the hypnotherapist may lead you into a deeply relaxed state using agreed methods to help you towards your goals. For example, suggesting that you don't want to carry out a certain habit gradually bring you out of the trance.

You are fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don't want to. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. Most people expect to be put to sleep or to forget what happened afterwards but the opposite is true. You're fully aware the whole time of what is happening.

This is dependent on both your hypnotherapist and your circumstances. One-off services such as smoking cessation or gastric band hypnotherapy can last around two hours, while a general hypnotherapy session will usually take about an hour.

The duration of therapy will really be dependent on your circumstances and issues. Some people may require a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions. Your hypnotherapist will let you know how many sessions they feel you might need when you start therapy and will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or extending the number of sessions according to your progress and needs.

There are currently no guidelines in place stipulating the training and qualifications a hypnotherapist must have in order to practice. Industry guidelines recommend that individuals should have completed at least an appropriate diploma or have completed a course that involved a minimum of 450 learning hours, of which 120 hours must have been face-to-face.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their hypnotherapy services.

Hypnotherapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with anxiety, depression, anxiety, PTSD, obesity, addictions, fear of flying, public speaking, stopping smoking, insomnia, weight loss amongst others. When combined with methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), valuable healing work can begin as quickly as one or two sessions.

You might be surprised to hear that hypnotherapy can be delivered remotely over the phone, through an online video chat platform, or with pre-recorded sessions sent by email.
