MANAGING ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
Anxiety is fear of the future and depression is a profound sadness that emanates from the past and because emotions are suppressed they still affect everything in the present. Both are painful and can be relieved with a gentle mix of mindful hypnotherapy, coaching and NLP neurolinguistic programming.
DEALING WITH PAST TRAUMAS
Painful past relationships can leave their mark forever if left unsorted. Sometimes it can be bad parenting that leaves us with insecurities and somehow lacking. Sometimes it is a particular person.
As an analytical hypnotherapist, I enable clients to delve into their past and resolve past hurts and relationships. To do this I use talking therapy to dig deep into the issue and a regression to pinpoint where the trauma lives and release this.
This method is a highly effective way of resolving issues and in doing so clients have reported that many other things in their life have improved including confidence and self-esteem which in turns improves life all round.
Many find it hard to kick the smoking habit. And no wonder. Marketers have sold us the myth that smoking is an addiction. In truth it is not an addiction, it is a habit.
Look at it this way, a heroin addict simply could not get on a plane without a fix for several hours. Someone with a smoking habit can.go the duration of a flight without smoking.
There are all sorts of triggers for smoking including stress, boredom, chatting on the phone or simply used as a lead into a relaxation. Many smokers say that they enjoy the ritual of smoking as it relaxes them.
However, there are myriad of ways to relax - ask any non-smoker.
The aim of hypnotherapy is to embed a new behaviour to replace reaching for a cigarette when triggers arise. In effect, cigarettes become irrelevant.
Using hypnotherapy, we identify and collapse the anchored behaviour so there will be no need for a cigarette to start or complete the moment.

The goal is to shift around 2lbs a week and in collaboration, we aim to reset your relationship with food so the process because fun and enjoyable.

Although I am not able to offer face to face sessions at this time my 2-hour Quit Smoking session has been highly successful via Zoom or Skype. I also offer a free top-up but so far no-one has needed it.

I can’t quite believe it’s only been a month since reaching out to hypnoways. When I reached out, I experienced considerable self-doubt, lacking in confidence and self worth.
Sharron is a great listener and full of compassion which really helped me relax into sessions with her. With the world currently locked down due to COVID-19, I was unsure how effective hypnotherapy could be over a video call, but I have to say it works brilliantly. Just find somewhere quiet at home where you won’t be disturbed.
Sharron had an incredible knack of quickly uncovering the root of my low confidence, something that 2 years of counselling couldn’t do. I was taken through a number of different therapies including regression (where I was able to revisit early troubling memories to find peace) and visualisation techniques. Sharron knew just what I needed at each step of the way. Only a month later not only do I feel much more confident and my inner critic has all but disappeared, but I've learnt a number of useful techniques from Sharron that allow me to change the way I respond to negative feelings. I wasn't sure what to expect from therapy but my sessions with Sharron have been invaluable.
She made me feel completely at ease discussing anything that was on my mind, and being able to let my guard down and express difficult emotions was a huge relief.
We got to the bottom of damaging thought patterns and worked through tools to deal with them, which I feel confident using on my own now.

I had four sessions with Sharron during her probationary training.
