What do you love most about your job?

I love helping others. By Allowing clients to express their feelings about their loss. My job is to validate their thoughts and emotions, to be an emotional sounding board, and provide emotional support during this process. Assist clients in creating a plan to move on with their life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After the death of a close friend, I volunteered to work with CRUSE the bereavement charity. From there I became qualified and started my own business, although I still work with CRUSE.

Why should our clients choose you?

It's not about the professional body you belong to, or the amount of qualifications you have. Although they are important. Can the counselor help their client feel safe and able to explore their own emotions,

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

The communication method is the decision of the client. I will offer my clients face to face, phone, video link or Email. Factors like distance have to be considered.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

My preferable method of counselling was face to face, during the Covid 19 pandemic I have adapted to use remote methods. Both in my charity work and private. I have found that they work well.
