Wellbeing is a combination of both physical and mental health, I therefore offer personal training and psychological coaching. The using these interventions simultaneously works well for health behaviour change, weight loss and exercise adherence. Although Personal training and exercise prescription requires a scientific approach, thoroughly understanding client needs, goals and expectations is psychological.

Brilliant gym and trainer! Have been going to Di for personal training since May 17, have now taken up a 12 months fit friends contract. Loving the training, the flexibility and results I am seeing. I feel I am pushed to do the best I can and beyond! Love the advantage of a personal trainer with maximum of 4 people in any one session. Great idea Di!

I reached out to Faye with some degree of trepidation - there was really nothing WRONG with my life and perhaps I just needed to learn to have more gratitude? But if that was the case, why did I feel stuck and sad?
My time with Faye helped me immeasurably, specifically in unravelling these unhelpful thought patterns and identifying the ways in which I might be self-sabotaging. She has such a lovely way about her that I would really look forward to our calls, knowing that I’d come out of every single one with a new tool, way of framing my situation, or just a little more mental space in which to live and breathe.
Thank you, Faye!
Daniel Picave (Counselling) offers counselling to private clients in three key areas of life stress - relationships, grief and individuals. Now, that sounds good but what does it mean? Firstly, you should know we only work with 25 clients at any one time. That makes us a small practice and that is our choice. Why only 25? Because that means that we can focus on you. We can zoom in on your story and really help.

When I first went to see Mandy, I had fairly low expectations. I’d tried counselling before and didn’t really get on with it, giving it up after a few sessions at most. I just didn’t “click” with the counsellor. My confidence and self-esteem were at rock-bottom when I started seeing Mandy. I am so glad I took a chance and tried counselling again! Mandy is incredibly wise, knowledgeable and professional. She listens with unconditional compassion and offers valuable insights into those very confusing, complicated and messy places our minds and emotions can take us. With Mandy’s help, I am working through the issues caused by past experiences and gaining an understanding of how they affect my life now and what I can do to change my often-negative responses. I feel our work together has strengthened me, built resilience and helped me to believe that I have more worth and potential than I would ever have realised if I’d have continued to try to make sense of my thoughts and feelings alone. Mandy has (at times ever so gently) guided me towards self-awareness and acceptance but also taught me that it’s ok to make a stand and say “no” when it’s called for and to own and value my own feelings. There have been tears and frustration in our sessions but also Mandy’s witty humour has made me laugh many times. Mandy goes above and beyond just providing a listening ear. The work we have done together has been life-changing for me. I have found the courage and self-belief to take steps towards a positive and fulfilling future. Mandy’s support and encouragement has been invaluable to me in exploring my own potential in ways I just didn’t think were possible a couple of years ago.I’m so pleased to have given counselling another go; to have met and confided in Mandy. Not only that; I feel privileged and so thoroughly thankful to be working through my problems with such a brilliant counsellor and such a wonderful human being.

As an HR professional the training that My Solution Wellbeing offered was invaluable.
The Team delivered training on Alcohol Awareness and Absenteeism amongst staff and the various ways in which we could best support the employees of the company.
We were able to tailor the training package specific to our company and service, which helped immensely.
The Team delivered work shops around policies, procedures and legal frameworks as well as informative question & answer sessions.
They also offered counselling sessions for the employees which supported them in their roles.
Would recommend their services to other HR Professionals.
