What do you love most about your job?
Psychological therapies are helpful for many people. Counselling gives you space to talk and think about your experiences in a calm, supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere. I'm a mindfulness / non-duality author with a special interest in non-duality and spiritual awakening. I have experience of working within NHS mental health services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe you have the capacity to become who you truly are beyond your current difficulties. I offer a safe, supportive space to identify, explore and work through what is holding you back from living the life that you are.

In talking confidentially to a trained professional like myself about what feels important to you and what is bringing you down, confusing you or making you feel stressed or anxious, you will gain greater awareness and insight and over time move forward. I work on a sliding scale so you pay what you can afford between £30 and £60. Strudent discount offered.
