What do you love most about your job?

We can all struggle throughout our lives with challenges or mental health. It is important to me to be able to offer support to those who need it.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have worked alongside charities and many organisations for over 20 years and made a decision to work in private practice alongside my other clinical commitments.

Why should our clients choose you?

Seeking support can often feel daunting and is a big step for many people to take. I am able to offer a safe, supportive and confidential space for all clients looking for support. I have many years of experience supporting others and have an open and warm manner to make people feel at ease.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I offer face to face sessions for clients who are near to my practice in Essex. I also offer remote working sessions via zoom for clients who would prefer online support, are further afield or unable to travel.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I offer the following for clients who like to attend appointments face to face.

To ensure the safety of everyone I have detailed some guidance below.

• Should clients have any COVID symptoms I do ask that they let me know and do not attend a session.

• Hand sanitiser is placed inside the entrance to the door and all clients are respectfully asked to use this when entering and leaving a session.

• When attending a session, I step back to allow an appropriate distance for clients to enter safely.

• I wash my hands, chair and door handles prior to each appointment for client’s safety and air the room between sessions.

• Clients are welcome to wear a mask if this makes them feel more comfortable and I am happy to wear a mask if asked.
