The Essex Counsellor

Natasha has been my counsellor for the last two years and I’ve got to say she’s the best one I’ve ever used. She listens empathically to my concerns and challenges my thoughts when needed. I feel my feelings are validated and heard. I always go away feeling better and happy that she helps me so much. She has aided me into being more self aware and helped me to grow emotionally as well. Thank you so much for being there in my hardest times Natasha! I would recommend anyone who is thinking about going to a counsellor to give Natasha a try. You won’t regret it! Xx More...
