I recently attended a private salsa dance session with Ione Brown, and it was fantastic! Ione was incredibly professional and respectful throughout, creating a comfortable and motivating environment. The session was fun-packed and intense — a real workout for both body and mind. Be sure to come prepared with a bottle of water and fuel up beforehand with a banana or a light, slow energy-release snack. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their salsa skills!
