Together we will set actions for you to commit to before our next session. We will then go through the feedback at the beginning of the next session. My clients have the opportunity to email me with any questions, concerns, help or general advice and conversation in-between sessions. During each of our sessions, we would have a deep and meaningful conversation. Here we would explore any limiting self-beliefs that you have, any life problems and challenges you may be experiencing from your perspective. I am here to listen. We would then look at what it is that you are wanting to change and achieve in your life. This may change as sessions go on. My coaching approach is unique. I work at a pace that suits you, I don’t rush, and I don’t agree with pain is gain. Life coaching and turning areas of your life around can be extremally fun, motivating and inspirational. Like a best friend, I will be with you every step of the way. Day and night, seven days a week. If you fully to commit to changing your life and trust me to help you in doing so, I will fully commit to you. I get results by incorporating NLP and CBT techniques that I have learned. This will help to naturally build up your confidence and give you emotional freedom from anything that may be holding you back or creating a block. I would never ask you to do something that feels uncomfortable with or to transform you into something that you are not. As your life coach, I am here to help you, you will always remain in control. Each week I will create a personal development plan and feedback for you, in order for you to see the progress that you have made.
