I was inspired to start Crystal Shine when I was living in London and working as a care assistant. Most of the time when visiting client homes, I would notice that their personal needs were being taking care of but the environment usually wasn't as good as it should be, for them to live comfortably. The home was often neglected. I have always believed that a clean environment will contribute to an individuals well-being, positive state-of mind and faster recovery from ill health. So I decided to take things into my own hands and also clean clients house when I was visiting to provide their personal care. I started to notice that most of my clients would always tell me that I have a talent in cleaning and I am a natural. Hereby, Crystal Shine was formed. I then move to Nottingham in 2011 I went back in to care as I was new in the city so I got to start from somewhere. It wasn't long I decided to do what I am most passionate about so I started up back the Cleaning business in 2012. I really enjoyed getting the business of the ground and cleaning my clients' homes, but the real enjoyment was from teaching staff how to clean the way I clean, giving them the power to positively affect another persons life in the same way I have. Some of my staff will say I clean like I am cleaning my face, humorous but true, I take great pride in my cleaning service and only deliver the best! My staff share that passion and interest with me and that is why we provide such a high-quality service.
