5 days agoNEW What can I say about Leon? Leon was a God send to me in my hour of need!! I would recommend Leon over and over and over again!! My father passed away in January 2022 and I contacted a friend asking for Leon's name and details. I didn't know his name, but I had heard him play before and thought he was exceptional even then, so I described him to her and from that she knew who I meant. She passed his details on to me and I made contact with Leon, asking him to play at my father's funeral and he accepted. He had asked me to send him a list of the songs that we wanted playing, which I did, and I thought that would be it until the funeral day, but it wasn't. To Leon, this was more than a job; He really cares about his clients!! Leon really went out of his way to help and support me. He gave me some advice and direction with the funeral plans to ensure the smooth running of the day. I had never planned a funeral of someone so close before, and his advice helped me to cover all bases and to make my fathers funeral special. For that I will be eternally grateful. The music side of things was something I was really worried about because I had previously attended funerals where the music has had a negative impact on the service, and I didn't want that for my father. Leon understood my anxieties and reassured me. He told me to trust him (which is hard for me as I like to be in control of things, but I did). He said that he would make sure everything was special and promised not to let my family down. He took on the musical direction of the band and singers, and was more than attentive to every detail, and to every one of our wishes. He executed them all to an exceptionally high level, which was way, way beyond my super high expectations. In addition, Leon offers a graveside service which is truly, truly outstanding!! Initially, I was wondering whether I really needed to have music at the graveside because it wasn't really the done thing at funerals that I have previously attended, but now, I cannot understand how people do burials without it!! It was exceptional!! Feedback from the guests who had attended was that my father's funeral was the best funerals they have ever been to, and some even said that when they die, they hope that their graveside service would be exactly like my father's. Everyone there was blown away, including myself and my family. Leon surprised my family by playing my father's favourite song as his coffin was being carried from the hearse to the grave. This was a beautiful touch because I had only mentioned his favourite song in an off the cuff comment, so again, it showed his attention to detail. He played the piano beautifully by the graveside, and was able to accommodate even the song requests that weren't included in the funeral programme, and accompany them without hesitation. When the digger came, he played appropriate music through a speaker to overcome the awkward silence which would have been there without the music, and to drown out the horrible sound of the digger. He played all of the requested hymns and accompanied the singers as if it was previously rehearsed, which it wasn't. I could go on and on, but on behalf of myself and my family, a million thank you's Leon!! You are an amazing gift and I know that even my father would have been proud and grateful for the send off you helped him to have!

First class from beginning to end. These guys are way beyond DJs. They managed our wedding as the venue were struggling. They provided all the decor from flowers to wedding beer pong and wedding tennis. They provided music for every part of the day. Ceremony. Drinks. Breakfast. Reception. Neville was our DJ and wedding manager. He was there well before we arrived at mid day through to 1 in the morning. Incredible energy! The setup looked amazing. It was beyond what Sam and I had imagined. Little things that just set things off. Like using extra flowers for little decorations on the cake and gift tables. The lighting made the (really run down) room come to life. They said that the room would look rejuvenated and so we went with the venue because of the location. Now to what was originally our crucial thing. Could our DJ play something that suited everyone, was not the typical cheesy stuff you hear at every wedding and step it up for the die hards at the end. Neville was so relaxed. He took requests and managed to make them sound as if they were part of a well honed DJ set. He also managed to move from old school stuff for everyone and gradually ramp it to suit us. we are a predominantly Latin family and he really knew latin music from all over and made everything from old school salsa to current reggaeton meld together. The Drum n Bass and Garage time at the end left us younger ones on a high and he still managed ot bring us all together for the last few songs. Spot on. Thank you MusicZon and Neville

Lots and lots of worries on our head as we walked into our celebration last Wednesday but Neville greeted us as and seemed so in charge that we already felt looked after. ten we walked into the room to see how he and his guys had turned the dreary space into something fabulous. From then on it was wonderful. The music was great. The care neville gave us all from my mum in her 90s to the kids running around. He even had my 20 year old autistic son at the decks playing some music with him. We will remember this day for ever and lots of thanks for that to Neville. Cate D
