What do you love most about your job?

We enjoy liaising with our clients from the start until the day of their function or wedding for example. My job also gives me the freedom to explore flavours and new menu options for example this year we've added wood fire pizzas to our menu as an evening snack. as a lot of our weddings. The thing I enjoy the most is seeing our clients enjoying the fruits of our labour at the events.
