What’s your signature dish?
My favourite food are my pizza. The homemade fresh bases really can’t be beaten and we have lots of different pizza toppings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We first have a meeting either on the phone or in person which we prefer. I can give suggestions and show case all the options. The customer then chooses exactly what they want. Once the first draft menu is made which generally takes less than 24 hours (often finished while we are at the initial meeting) we then go back and forward over email or phone until it’s The Perfect Menu for the occasion and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Feeding people, It’s such a social event. I also love that I can easily take our customers stress away by giving them the space to leave us to the catering and just get on enjoying their special occasion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Family always had restaurants so it’s always been an option. I had my first cafe in 2006 and opened my first restaurant in 2012. The second restaurant I opened in 2022.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our main focus is always to provide a great experience and not only great food to our customers. A whole lifetime of experience means I have a brain full of options when it comes to people’s tastes and needs. I have long term relationships with many suppliers so can buy smart which means we can cater for varied budgets and tastes.

We do provide our services remotely. Often cooking is done at our restaurant and then transported to the venue or location but in the case of BBQ’s it’s is is all done fresh at the location.
