What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is Nigerian Jollof Rice. I selected this dish as my signature one as it held and still holds a lot of significance to me to this day. Every time I make it, it reminds me of home.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We provide a variety of different foods from numerous diverse cultures. Our menu consists of countless amazing food items. If requested we can subtitute items on our menu so that we can cater to all of your needs. Our menu incorporates multiple unique elements in order to give our clients the most relaxing experience possible.
What do you love most about your job?
My favourite part of my job is being able to see my clients smile because as long as there is a smile on their face will always be a smile on mine.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Due to my upbringing, sharing food has been a way of expressing my love. Since establishing this business I have rekindled the love of cooking that I once had, giving me a sense of nostalgia from my childhood.
